I need only 2.6 metres of fabric. Do I have to order 3 metres?
You can order any quantity of fabric between 1 and 999 metres, in 10 cm increments online. You can edit the quantity in the Shopping Cart, by entering 2.6 as the Quantity and clicking on Update Shopping Cart. The price will be updated immediately in the Cart. Minimum order is 1 metre per fabric.
I need blackout curtains, but I cannot find any on the website?
You may choose from many different lining materials, when you configure your made to measure curtains. Blackout lining is one of the alternatives, as well as Thermal lining, Cotton lining etc. The blackout lining will very effectively block the sunlight.
How much will the fabric shrink in water wash?
This depends on the fabric. All our fabrics are made of natural fibres which will shrink approximately 3-7 percent when washed. We recommend either washing the fabric before it is used or using dry cleaning / dusting / vacuum cleaning. We have a few fabrics that have been pre-washed and that will not shrink when washed.
I would like to place an order for more than 30 metres of fabric. Can I get a discount?
You may always ask us. This depends on the fabric. For fabrics that are on sale for example, we rarely are able to offer any further discounts on.
The colours on the website look different from the samples I ordered. Why is that?
We try to match the colours on the website as well as possible, but for technical reasons (monitor colour settings, lighting) the colours will differ slightly. This is why we offer 5 free fabric samples that we recommend you should order before placing an order for fabric or made to measure products.
May I order sample of the ready made products like bed linen or bed throws?
We offer free samples of our fabrics we sell by the meter or make bespoke products like curtains. This we can do easily since we have all fabric rolls in stock. However since our bed linen is a ready-made product we are not able to cut pieces of the products and offer samples. However we can assure you the fabric used in our linen bedding is premium quality and beautiful tumbled soft french linen. Therefore our clients have not ever returned the bedding to us because of poor quality. Of course if you do not like the colour of the product or it does not match your deco you can always return the bedding to us if it is unused and in the original packing.
I need a VAT receipt for my order. Can I email you to get one?
If you have a customer account with us, you can simply log in to your Account, selecting VIEW ORDER under Recent Orders, then click on Invoices at the top and selecting Print Invoice under the address details. If you have placed the order as Guest, please email us and we will send you the VAT invoice within 3 working days.
