Coronavirus (COVID-19) update for our customers

Updated 30th April 2021

We are taking the current global situation around COVID-19 very seriously at Ada & Ina.

Whilst we are doing all we can to keep our staff and customers safe, we would like to reassure our customers that our online shop remains open for business, including our free fabric samples being sent daily.

Safeguard procedures are in place to help us operate as normal as possible and having deliveries leaving us on time but due to the current scenario, international deliveries may incur delays up to 24 hours compared to normal delivery times and we ask for your patience with any delays that may occur. Currently our operations do not have any delays. DPD deliveries in UK are currently working normally.

Royal Mail seems to have delays with delivering our letters with sample orders. Normally the samples should arrive in 2-3 work days from order, but at the moment we have heard from our customers it may take up to a week or even more. And for example for samples to Finland or Germany the delivery may be only after 2-3 weeks of order. So again, we appreciate your patience in this matter, which we sadly cannot affect.

We are sending parcels out to our customers every work day with DPD. DPD has implemented a number of measures in response to COVID-19, including “Contact free delivery is now our standard process and customers will not be asked to sign our handheld units.”. More information on DPD deliveries updated here:

So please feel free to browse LINENFABRICS.CO.UK and whether you want to shop or just try to take your mind off for things for a moment.

These are testing times for us all, so stay safe and take care of each other.
